La Salle’s Health and Wellness SHSM continues to be an excellent program for all students.
The two-year SHSM, which starts in a student’s grade 11 year, is filled with many enrichment opportunities. La Salle offers many Physical Education, Science and Math courses as well as various certifications within the school and out in the community. Finally, as part of the SHSM program, students will have access to many cooperative education placements to build on their interest and knowledge.
